Kim Loszynski

Kim Loszynski

Kim completed her nursing residency at St. Mary’s in Troy. Kim has always had an affinity for caring for seniors and has been a part of our family for a long time, having worked at both Westmere and Loudonville Assisted Living Residence. Kim was our Director of Resident Care since 2007, and is now bringing her experience and heart to her new role as our Executive Director.

Nancy Jackman

Nancy Jackman

Nancy completed her residency at Votech, St. Mary's, and Samaritan in Troy. She's been a practicing nurse since 1984, and has been part of the Loudonville family since 2013. As the Director of Resident Care at Loudonville, Nancy is responsible for coordinating the care needs of our residents. It’s what she truly loves and enjoy – and it shows! Outside of work, Nancy loves spending time with her family, including her husband of 32 years, two daughters, and two granddaughters.

Jela Alivodic

Jela Alivodic

Jela came to the United States from Croatia in 1996 and joined the Loudonville Home family 10 years later. It is evident how much the residents here welcome and love her care. She tells us, “This is my family. I love them, and I can tell they love me, too.”

Ed Rourke

Ed Rourke

Ed was born and raised in Albany, and studied culinary arts under George Hoffis and Michael Panza of Panza's Restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Our residents certainly love Ed's grilled pork tenderloin with an orange glaze and chicken marsala over buttered egg noodles.

Connie Telfer

Connie Telfer

Connie was born and raised in Jamaica. She came to the United States in 2001, where she soon found her second home at the Loudonville Assisted Living Residence. She says, “I love it here. I’ve been here for years, and I never once regret coming here.”

 Derek Harris

Derek Harris

Born and raised in Albany, Derek is the man behind our decadent homemade desserts, baked fresh daily. Dr. Hornick, our resident physician, says, “Derek’s chocolate chip cookies are the best in the Capital District!”

Mary Rissling

Mary Rissling

Mary has been working for the Levine family for more than 30 years. Starting out as a resident hairstylist, Mary quickly realized her passion for caregiving. She is now a certified home health aide and director of activities in our Enhanced Assisted Living Residence.

Carrin Swanson

Carrin Swanson

Carrin has been the Gerald Levine Center for Memory Care’s Program Director for the past 4 years. Passionate about improving the lives of those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementias, she holds many certifications including Certified Dementia Practitioner, Essential ALZ, and Train the Trainer. She also sits on the Planning Committee for the Alzheimer’s Association Caregivers and Professional Conferences and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Sheryl McConville

Sheryl McConville

Sheryl is the Program Director of Enhanced Living at Loudonville. Sheryl has been a Registered Nurse since 1988. Both caring and compassionate, Sheryl has vast experience serving seniors in assisted living, nursing home and long-term care facilities. In addition, Sheryl served as a nurse in the woman’s army core of the military.
