For decades, our professional and compassionate staff has earned the trust of residents and their families by meeting every need with dignity and concern. The longevity of Loudonville’s family of staff highlights just how special our Home really is.

Kim Loszynski
Director of Resident Care since 2007
Kim completed her nursing residency at St. Mary’s in Troy. Kim has always had an affinity for caring for seniors and has worked at both Westmere and Loudonville Assisted Living Residence. As the director of resident care at Loudonville, Kim is responsible for coordinating the care needs of our residents. It’s what she truly loves and enjoy – and it shows!
Sue Tedesco
Executive Director
Sue was born and raised in Albany, NY. She practiced as a nurse locally for thirty years, fifteen of which she has spent in geriatrics. Now Sue is bringing her experience and heart to us here at the Loudonville Assistant Living Residence as our Executive Director.
Jela Alivodic
Housekeeper since 2006
Jela came to the United States from Croatia in 1996 and joined the Loudonville Home family 10 years later. It is evident how much the residents here welcome and love her care. She tells us, “This is my family. I love them, and I can tell they love me, too.”
Ed Rourke
Food Services Director since 1996
Ed was born and raised in Albany, and studied culinary arts under George Hoffis and Michael Panza of Panza's Restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Our residents certainly love Ed's grilled pork tenderloin with an orange glaze and chicken marsala over buttered egg noodles.
Connie Telfer
Laundress since 2002
Connie was born and raised in Jamaica. She came to the United States in 2001, where she soon found her second home at the Loudonville Assisted Living Residence. She says, “I love it here. I’ve been here for years, and I never once regret coming here.”
Derek Harris
Pastry Chef since 2001
Born and raised in Albany, Derek is the man behind our decadent homemade desserts, baked fresh daily. Dr. Hornick, our resident physician, says, “Derek’s chocolate chip cookies are the best in the Capital District!”
Mary Rissling
Home Health Aide and Director of Activities since 1984
Mary has been working for the Levine family for more than 30 years. Starting out as a resident hairstylist, Mary quickly realized her passion for caregiving. She is now a certified home health aide and director of activities in our Enhanced Assisted Living Residence.
